Warm potato and radish salad

Ingredients

In summer, when you don’t want to cook, quick and easy dishes can be of great use. Today we suggest cooking one of them. Warm salad with new potatoes and juicy fresh radish. If you use vegetables from your garden, the salad will be even more delicious.

Prepare the ingredients. We recommend using small new potatoes. Wash the vegetables and greens.

Cook the potatoes till done, 20-25 mins.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl combine sour cream with oil and finely chopped dill. Season to taste.

Mix well and put the sauce into fridge.

Drain the potatoes in the colander and cut into wedges.

Wash the radish, pat dry and remove the leaves and the root. Quarter them (if they are quite big, cut into smaller pieces).

Put the vegetables into a salad bowl, add the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with peeled sunflower seeds and serve.

Add some minced garlic to the sauce (optional).
