Boil the meat in 1 l salted water till done, let cool. Dice finely. Hard boil the eggs, peel and dice the same way.

Meanwhile, prepare the batter for the waffles. The recipe is for 15 pcs, the filling is for half of this quantity. So you can double the filling or reduce the batter. The batter is not too sweet. If you want your cones sweeter, add more sugar.

Preheat the waffle irons for thin waffles. Melt the butter over bain marie or in the microwave, cool slightly. Un a bowl combine the sugar and butter and whisk well till the sugar is dissolved. Add the eggs and oil and whisk again.

Add the flour and mix the batter well till homogeneous. You’ll have viscous and not very thick batter.

Bake the waffles. Spoon the batter onto the irons, close them and bake till slightly golden, 3-4 mins.

Dice the cheese finely. Drain the mushrooms in a colander and rinse. If some of the mushrooms are too big, chop them. In a deep bowl combine all the ingredients, season to taste and dress with the yoghurt. Mix up.
