To make the dressing: grind the sesame seeds with a coffee-grinder. Using blender combine olive oil, coconut milk, sugar, mustard and salt.

Tips:

1. To make the dressing thicker freeze it for about 30-60 minutes.

2. To cook chickpeas: soak them in cool water for a few hours (or overnight), then wash, cover with water again and cook in boiling water until tender, for about 1.5-2 hours.
