Today we are going to make one of the best-known Italian desserts, and this is tiramisu. Tiramisu (tira – pick, mi – me, su – up) is a dessert consisting of the alternating layers of savoiardi soaked in coffee and delicate mascarpone and egg cream. The dessert is usually sprinkled with cocoa powder. As for savoiardi, you can buy them in the shop, or make your own ones (check our website for the recipe).
