Prepare the ingredients. Boil or baked the chicken till done, let cool.

Slice the chicken. Peel the grapefruit and cut off the membranes. Thinly slice the chili. Wash the mint and tear off the leaves.

Combine all the ingredients for the dressing, i.e. sesame and olive oil, soy sauce and lime juice. Mix thoroughly.

In a salad bowl combine the salad mix and the mint, drizzle slightly with some dressing. Top with the chicken slices, grapefruit and chili. Add the dressing and serve. Thai-style salad is done. Enjoy your meal!

Tips:

You can substitute olive oil for the combination of olive and sesame oil, or use any other to your taste.
