Prepare the marinade: peel the garlic and put through the press. In a bowl combine the soy and teriyaki sauce, black pepper, garlic and lemon juice.

Wash the chicken in the running water and rub with the spices and salt.

Put the chicken into a deep dish and start pouring the marinade slowly, rubbing it into the poultry, especially inside. Cover with a cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to180°C. Wrap the chicken in foil and bake for about 1,5 hours depending on the size of the chicken. Remove the foil and bake till you get a nice golden crunch.
