    Steps

    1
    Done

    Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Use large potatoes. Wash them in running water; remove the eyes with a knife. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    2
    Done

    Step 2

Pat dry the potatoes and wrap each one into foil. Bake till fully cooked. Check the doneness with a fork – it should come into the potatoes easily. We recommend to overbake the potato a little, so that it is soft and crumbly, as if it was from a traditional oven.

    3
    Done

    Step 3

Prepare the garlic oil: wash the parsley, remove the stems, finely chop the leaves and add to the oil. Peel the garlic, put through the garlic press and add to the oil. Mix up.

    4
    Done

    Step 4

Unwrap the potatoes and discard the foil.

    5
    Done

    Step 5

Cut each potato into 2 parts, mash the soft flesh in each half with a fork, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with the garlic oil. Stuffed potatoes are done! Serve them with pickles, olives or pickled mushrooms. Enjoy your meal!
