Prepare the ingredients. Wash the squash and eggs.

Peel the squash and roughly grate. Pour off the liquid, if there’s any. Add 2 eggs, season with salt and mix well.

Add the cottage cheese and mix.

Add the flour, Provencal herbs and mix well. The batter should resemble sour cream.

Heat a pan, add the oil. Spoon the batter – 1,5 tbsp for each patty. Fry on both sides till golden.
