Do you want to come back to childhood and feel at granny’s country house? It may sound banal, but these sour milk crepes are really delicious and bring back the warm memories. Besides, the recipe uses expired milk that every housewife has in her fridge from time to time.

Prepare all the ingredients. Whisk the eggs with sugar till a little foamy.

Add the sour milk and mix well.

Add the salt and baking soda and mix well. You may use a mixer to get homogeneous batter. Add the sifted flour. Mix well and leave for 15-20 mins.

Finally, add the oil and mix well. If the batter is too thick, add a little warm water.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease with a little oil (optional). Use a ladle to pour the batter onto the pan and swirl to cover the bottom.

Fry the crepes on both sides till golden. Repeat the procedure for all the batter.

Grease each crepe with some butter. Serve warm with sour cream and sugar or with your favorite jam. Sour milk crepes are done! Enjoy your meal!
