Healthy, nourishing smoothie with cottage cheese, oatmeal and red bilberries which are rich in vitamin C and carotene. This smoothie could easily replace a full meal. Tasty and bright with sour notes! Put cottage cheese, oatmeal, sugar and red bilberries (frozen are fne too) into the blender bowl.

Blend ingredients until smooth, add milk, stir and pour smoothie into glasses. Tips: sugar could be replaced with brown sugar or honey (honey should be frst dissolved in a small amount of warm water). *ou could use yoghurt instead of milk.
