Prepare the ingredients. Peel the bananas and break into pieces. Put them into a plastic bag and freeze. Soak the cashew in advance for 15-20 mins.

Pour the dates with hot water to soften. Wash the nectarine in the running water, remove the stone and cut the flesh into quarters.

Pour off the water from the nuts and dates. Put the frozen bananas, nectarines, dates and nuts into the blender bowl.

Blend till pureed, about 1 minute.
