Prepare the ingredients. Wash and dry the greens. Hard-boil the eggs (8 mins after the water has come to a boil), transfer to cold water immediately. Remove the skin from the smoked chicken breast.

Put the frozen green beans (you don’t have to defrost them) to the boiling water, slightly salted. Cook for 5 mins. Plunge the cooked beans into cold water for 2 mins.

Peel and dice the eggs, about 1 cm.

Finely chop the greens. Combine all the components, season to taste and dress with the sour cream.
