This recipe is a godsend if you want to treat yourself to delicious porridge with a tropical touch of pineapple and coconut. It will be enjoyed by vegetarians and even vegans, as coconut milk is substituted to cow one. And, of course, many children like rice porridge, compared to oats, for example. And in combination with coconut milk it will be a real breakfast treat!

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the rice several times, add 2 glasses water (the proportion of rice and water should be 1:2) and half-cook about 15 minutes. Read the instruction to your rice.
