As it comes to taste, the salad is no worse than the common festive stables. The combination of juicy cabbage, sour apples and smoked chechil with garlic dressing – a real foodgasm!

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the cabbage and apples.

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and shred it finely. Squeeze it slightly with your hands.
