Ingredients

Devoted gardeners know how tasty vegetables from the beds are. It’s not necessary to stew or bake them in the oven, as you may eat young vegetables raw. Try out this salad from squash, little zucchini and crunchy cauliflower. You will be surprised by the new taste of usual vegetables.

Prepare the ingredients. Peel the garlic, wash the vegetables and pat dry.

Separate the cauliflowers into florets, remove and discard the stalks. Slice the zucchini 1,5 cm thick, dice the squash (2 cm).

Combine the vegetables in a salad bowl.

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon; add the sugar and salt, mix well. Press the garlic with a knife, chop and add to the lemon mixture.

Add the oil and mix again.

Dress the salad with the dressing and leave for 20 mins, stirring the vegetables from time to time.
