Step 1

If you don’t have a pumpkin puree you could easily make it yourself: peel the pumpkin and remove seeds, cut in equal cubes, spread on the baking sheet, drizzle with water and place into the over preheated to 180 C. Bake for approx. 40 min until soft (should be easily pierced with the fork).

Blend into puree.

Place milk, pumpkin puree and sugar into a saucepan and cook over a medium heat. Bring to the boil stirring constantly, take the saucepan of the heat, let the mixture cool down a bit and pour the pumpkin milk into Chop the nuts and top the drink with nuts and ground cinnamon.

Tips:

If you don’t have a ground cinnamon on hand and there are only cinnamon sticks available you could easily use them adding into the milk – the cinnamon will give its favor to the drink. You could favouring various beverages with cinnamon stick simply adding one into the cup.
