Prepare the ingredients. Thoroughly wash the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 356 F.

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut out the flesh like a little bowl. Put them into a heat-proof baking form.

Sprinkle the inner part of the potatoes with salt and spices.

Coarsely grate the cheese. Layer each potato with 2 sun-dried tomatoes and 1 quail egg.
