    Potato is an all-purpose ingredient. It may be used for many different dishes. And we offer one more recipe for potato flatbreads. The recipe is quite multi-purpose, as you may use these flatbreads instead of bread or lavash or serve them with sour cream for breakfast. And if you add some cheese, vegetables or chicken, you’ll have a substantial dinner!

    Prepare the ingredients. Wash the dill and potatoes.

    Pour the potatoes with water and boil them unpeeled till done.

    Peel the potatoes and mash them. Add ½ butter and chopped dill, season to taste.

    Mix and add 100 g flour (reserve the rest for forming).

    Mash the puree again till homogeneous. You’ll have quite thick dough.

    Dust the working surface with some flour. Make 6 balls from the potato dough.

    Roll each ball into a circle 2-3 mm thick using a flour-dusted rolling pin. We recommend rolling on a parchment sheet dusted with some flour to make the process of transferring easier.

    Fry each flatbread on a hot dry pan on both sides till golden, 3-4 mins.

    Grease each flatbread with the remaining butter. Stack the cooked flatbreads one onto another or roll them warm.
