    Delicious, rich dinner for 30 min only. Can it be true? Yes! Today we are going to cheer ourselves and our beloved ones with ham & mushrooms fettuccine in a cream sauce.

    Pour water into saucepan and place it over a medium heat. Once water starts to boil, add salt and fettuccine (they could be replaced with any other kind of pasta). Cook until ready following the instructions on the pack.

    While the pasta is being cooked, cut ham into thin slices and then chop into squares. Pour olive oil into a pan and add ham.

    To get juicy mushrooms better cook them whole. Wash (or peel) mushrooms and place them into the pan.

    Fry mushrooms and ham over a medium heat for about 7 min stirring up from time to time. Take mushrooms out, cut into slices and put back to ham. Add salt, ground black pepper and dried basil and stir up.

    Pour cream in, reduce heat to minimum. Cook for 2-3 min.

    Place cooked pasta in colander and then put into plates. Top pasta with mushrooms, ham and sauce. Grate hard cheese on a fne grater and serve together with the main course.

    Tips:

    1. Ham could be replaced with bacon.
    2. You could frst cut mushrooms into slices mushrooms will be more golden brown.
