Oven-baked turkey skewers with cherry tomatoes

Making juicy turkey skewers in the oven seems quite hard. But it is not, if you make this simplest 3-ingredient marinade! This is surprisingly simple that even a dummy can manage it. The only trick is not to overcook the skewers. The recipe is based on the book “Learning to cook” by E.Urusov.

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the herbs and tomatoes. Cut the turkey into slices 5-6 cm thick.

In a bowl combine the soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil. Finely chop the herbs.

Combine the turkey and herbs with the marinade, mix well and set aside for 25-20 mins.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 5 mins.

Thread the turkey onto the skewers alternating with tomatoes. Reserve the marinade. Put the skewers into a baking worm and bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 mins. Drizzle them with the marinade twice while baking.
