Here is another recipe that requires so few ingredients! It is just three simple and cheap ingredients, and the fourth one, Japanese peanut sauce, is available in Japanese shops. It is really easy-to-make, but your guests will be puzzled what is about the salad that you can’t stop. We strongly recommend this salad to those who don’t like the combination of sweet and salty or don’t care about celery. This salad will make you change your mind!

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the chicken breast in salted water without any spices. Pour off the stock, let the breast cool completely.

Peel the orange, remove all the white pith and cut out the segments. Slice the celery 2 mm thick slices. Slice the chicken breast quite thinly.

Combine all the ingredients, add the peanut sauce.

Serve the salad in small salad bowls or in martini glasses. If you want, decorate with some black sesame. Enjoy your meal!
