    Are you a Nutella fan? What if we suggest cooking nice and fluffy American pancakes? And not just the classic version, but filled with chocolate paste? We are sure no one will say no to such breakfast!

    Prepare the ingredients. Remove all the ingredients from the fridge in advance, so that they are at room temperature.

    Prepare the filling: prepare a silicone mat or layer a cutting board with parchment. Spoon 10 heaps (1 tbsp each) of Nutella leaving enough space between them and flatten them, thus forming 4-5 cm discs. Put into a freezer for 1 hour.

    In an hour combine the sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix well. Make a well in the centre, add the egg into it.

    Add the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Mix well till homogeneous.

    Heat the pan well over moderate heat. Brush with a little oil before frying the first pancakes (optional). Spoon 1-1,5 tbsp batter to the pan, remove one Nutella disc from the freezer (keep all the rest there till required).

    Pour the batter on top carefully, so that it covers the filling completely. Cook till the bottom is golden, turn over carefully and fry till fully cooked. Repeat the procedure for the remaining pancakes.
