Rich lingonberry flavour softened by wine and balanced by honey will be good both with desserts and meat or fish.

    Prepare the ingredients. If using frozen lingonberries, you don’t need to defrost them.

    Put the berries into a small sauté pan, pour with the wine, add honey and cinnamon.
