Lavash crisps

Ingredients

Lavash crisps are ideal as a snack for a family or friends party, or just a nice snack. You may take them to the picnic, they are good for those who keeps a healthy diet or fasts. The flavour of the crisps may be different depending on the spices and herbs used.  Serve these crisps with any sauce, salad and instead of bread.

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. You will need scissors and 2 sheets thin lavash (20x40 cm). We used sumac but you may also used sweet paprika.

Brush the lavash with oil and sprinkle evenly with salt and spices.

Layer the baking sheet with parchment. Cut the lavash into rectangles or any other shapes sized about 4 cm. Spread the lavash pieces over the baking sheet in a thin layer so that it bakes well. We recommend baking it in portions.

Bake in the mile of the oven for 5 mins till golden. Be careful not to burn the lavash. Remove the cooked crisps from the baking sheet at once and let cool. Lavash crisps are done. Enjoy your meal!
