Honey panna cotta

Honey panna cotta

Ingredients

If you make panna cotta at least once, you’re sure to become its fan! To bring this North Italian dessert with a nice name to your table, you won’t need to make a lot of effort. Just a little patience – and you’ll enjoy a treat that is like the first snow. Teach your kids to make it, and they may be responsible for a dessert. Panna cotta can be cooked in advance – and this is one more advantage. It is also very light, so you can still eat it after a hearty festive dinner. The recipe is taken from C.Dronova’s book “Mom, give me the apron!”
