Smoothie has become a very popular drink, as it is quick, healthy and quite affordable. You can experiment on the tastes using different ingredients. But today we would like to share a proven recipe for spinach, kiwi and green apple smoothie. Green smoothie is a very healthy drink. If consumed regularly, it cleans the body and makes it healthy due to the significant amount of fiber and easy digestion. Cooking of any smoothie takes you only 15 mins maximum, and you may drink it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Let’s make it?

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the fruits and spinach.

Chop the spinach leaves.

Remove the core from the apple, peel the kiwi. Cut into medium-sized pieces.

Put all the ingredients into the blender. Squeeze the juice out of ½ orange and add the nuts. Blend till homogeneous. If the smoothie is too thick, add 30-50 ml drinking water and blend again.
