    Prepare the ingredients. Peel the garlic, wash the chili. We use small chili peppers, adjust their amount depending on your taste and desired hotness. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the pack. Consider that you should have 100 g pasta per 1 liter of water.

    Drain the pasta in the colander, reserving about 60 ml pasta water. Add is to the pasta together with 2 tbsp olive oil, ground black pepper, salt, garlic and chili. Heat for 1-2 mins over high heat using tongs to turn the pasta. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
