It goes perfectly together with a morning cup of tea or coffee. You could also make flavored biscotti (in this case the ready sweet bread needs to be baked once again), pack them nicely and present to your friends.

Today we are sharing a new recipe of quick and easy to prepare sweet bread – it has a juicy and quite a solid dough rich with nuts and dried fruits. It goes perfectly together with a morning cup of tea or coffee. You could also make flavored biscotti (in this case the ready sweet bread needs to be baked once again), pack them nicely and present to your friends.

Chop nuts, cut dried fruits and pineapples into medium size cubes and place into a single bowl. In a separate bowl mix together all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

Add flour to nuts and dried fruits, stir well. It’s more convenient to do it wearing disposable gloves. Pour in pineapple juice and knead the dough until smooth. If kneading is difficult, add 5 g juice and knead again.

Preheat oven to 338 F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer dough on the baking tray, form the long loaf and put into oven. Bake for 30-40 min depending on bread thickness. Check if ready using wooden toothpick, it should come out dry.

Freshly baked bread could be cut into slices and served immediately. It reminds a soft cake, amazingly rich with nuts and dried fruits. Alternatively you could make biscotti cutting the bread into 1 cm wide slices.

Put the slices back on the baking tray and dry them in the oven at 170 C, for 10 min per each side. If your biscotti are wider than 1 cm, leave it in the oven for a longer time. The proper biscotti should be solid enough and crispy.

Tips:

1. Fruit bread is typically stored for 3 days, after that time it becomes dry. Biscotti could be stored for a way longer time – for 2-3 weeks in a tightly closed container.

2. This recipe doesn’t contain eggs or milk so it could be easily used by vegans.

Вкусно написано но !!! эти граммы действительно нужно их соблюдать до мили,у меня нет весов и такие рецепты обхожу стороной,,,

Рецепт отличный,простой. Но 10г разрыхлителя,на мой взгляд,очень много. Очень чувствуется в готовом бискотти(
