Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the apple, banana and spinach.

Step 2

Remove the core from the apple and cut it into not very big pieces. Peel the banana and cut in several pieces.

In a blender bowl combine the apple pieces, banana, spinach, honey and cocoa. Add some water to make it not so thick (optional). Blend everything till homogeneous.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl or a glass, decorate to taste and serve immediately. Spinach smoothie is done! Enjoy your meal!
