Fritters with apples

Ingredients

A most delicate texture, the flavor of apples and good mood – this is what you will get after just one bite of these fritters for breakfast. It can be compared to a charlotte cake but served in small portions. Due to the coconut milk the fritters have a delicate and wonderful flavor. But if it is not available, you can use almond milk, soy milk or just cow milk.

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut the apples into small pieces.

Combine the flour, baking powder and sugar, mix well.

Heat the pan over medium heat, grease with some olive oil. Spoon the batter onto a pan to make small fritters. Fry over medium heat till some bubbles appear on the surface, then turn them over and fry another 2 mins till golden. If necessary, grease the pan with some oil.

These fritters are best served warm with jam or honey. However, they are still good on next day, reheated in a microwave.
