Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl combine the cottage cheese, egg and sugar and use a blender to get a homogeneous fluffy mixture. If you don’t have a blender, put the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Add the cornstarch. If the cottage cheese is dry, 10 g will be enough. If the cottage cheese is more creamy, add 20 g. Mix well.

Grease a pan with a little oil. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture onto the hot pan, cover with a lid and fry over moderate heat till golden. Remove the lid, turn over the patties and fry on the other side, uncovered.
