Pour oil (olive and vegetable) and milk into a deep blender bowl.

Place the immersion blender on the bottom of the bowl and, holding the maximum power, gradually raise it up. The mixture will become smooth.

Tips:

1. You could use just one type of oil if either olive or vegetable oil is not available – in this case simply take 200 g of olive oil or 200 g of vegetable one.

2. Spices could vary depending on your taste – you could replace turmeric with ground saffron or entirely exclude it from the recipe.

3. Store mayo in a fridge in a closed jar for no longer than 1 week.
