Cured salmon with black currants

Cured salmon with black currants
Cuisine:

    Ingredients

Cured salmon is a traditional Russian snack which can be easily cooked at home using this simple recipe from D. Novokreschenov “For joy. Great recipes for Easter table from the Golden Ring’s chefs”. The big advantage of the recipe is the moderate salt content. Black currants give a nice flavour to the fish, make it a bit sourish and colour the edges. Try out this recipe. It will take only 15 mins to make and two days for curing, and you’ll always have a most delicious and fresh salmon.
