Cranberry glogg is one of the healthiest drinks, especially in autumn and winter when we need vitamins and microelements more than ever. We suggest cooking an alcohol-free version of glogg and enjoy this delicious and healthy drink to the full.

Prepare the ingredients. Put the spices and the orange rings into a saucepan.

Pour the cranberry juice. If you are squeezing the juice yourself, you may add some sugar or honey. Heat the mixture for about 5-7 mins, but do not let it boil.

Turn off the heat, cover the mulled wine with a lid and leave to infuse for 10 mins, then pour the drink into the glasses. Use a sieve, so that the spices won’t get into your drink.

You may put an orange segment and a cinnamon stick into each glass before serving.

Tips:

  1. If you want to make an alcohol version of cranberry glogg, take 150 ml water and 100 g fresh cranberries for each 500 ml dry wine.
  2. You can use fresh orange instead of the dry one.
  3. If you wish, you may also use ginger, cardamom and allspice.
