Bruschetta is an easy-to-make Italian dish. Today we suggest cooking a bruschetta with a crispy ciabatta slice, some slightly salty cottage cheese and sweet pear, honey and nuts – a perfect option for a quick and tasty snack or breakfast!

Preheat the oven to 392 F. Prepare the ingredients: wash the pears, roughly chop the nuts.

Slice the ciabatta or bread and fry them in a dry pan (or a grilling pan) till golden over medium heat.

Cut the pear in half, remove the core and seeds and cut into thin slices.

Spread the cottage cheese over ciabatta slices, top with the pear slices. Put the bruschettas onto a baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for 7 mins.

When the bruschettas are done, drizzle them with honey and decorate with the chopped nuts. Serve immediately.
