Ingredients

Wonderful «Cocktail Booo» doesn`t leave cold neither children nor adults on Halloween.  It`s pretty easy to cook, but rather effective, and it has a nice taste.

Step 1

Mix cold whipped cream 33% with a blender into thick solid mass. Beating at medium speed. When the mass start to get thick and grow in size, the speed of a mixer should be maximized. Beat it for about 10 minutes, until the cream will has become too thick, like butter.

Add to the blender juice, milk, ice cream and peeled bananas. Mix with a blender into a smooth mass.

Pour the cocktail into highball glasses. Load whipped cream into a pastry bag and then fill it into the glass, simulating shape of a ghost. Make «eyes» from chocolate glaze and serve!

Tips:

If you don`t have on hand any chocolate glaze, you could melt some chocolate in the microwave, draw three circles (simulating the eyes and the mouth) on the inner side of a glass, put it in a refrigerator to freeze chocolate. And then pour the cocktail in this glass and adorn with whipped cream.
