Bread pudding with berries

Ingredients

Delicate bread pudding makes a perfect breakfast. It is quick, easy, delicious and satisfying. You will definitely want to try it with different toppings!

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut off the bread crusts, cut each slice in two

Grease the baking tin (we use a 26x12cm) with butter and stack the bread into the tin.

Pour milk over the bread.

Whisk eggs with sugar till slightly foamy. Pour the mixture over the bread.

Sprinkle with the berries.

Bake at 180°C about 20 mins or till the pudding gets a nice golden crust. Serve immediately. If you want, decorate the dessert with fresh berries and melted chocolate.

Tips:

1. You may put some chocolate pieces on top of your pudding 5 minutes before it is done and bake for 5 mins.
2. If you want, serve with a scoop of ice cream.
