Beer-Baked Chicken

Beer-Baked Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken baked on a beer bottle is a Soviet home classic and is loved by thousands of people. And no wonder – a perfect crunchy crust, exceedingly juicy and tender meat, tempting appearance and little effort to make. Due to the beer the chicken becomes beautifully moist and gets a slight bread flavor. Besides, the excess fat is melted in the process of cooking, thus making this dish suitable for those who are on a diet.
