Burgers are enjoyed by many people. Now they are getting a new taste due to a juicy minced beef patty with apples and cheese. Another interesting thing about this recipe is honey-caramelized apples, which makes these burgers special and quite unusual.

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the apples. The best ones are hard and sourish.

Finely chop or grind the meat with cheese and apples. Use a grinding plate with large holes. Add dries or fresh mint, season with salt and pepper, mix. Smash the minced meat on the bottom of the bowl.

Divide the minced meat into 3 parts and make patties a bit larger in diameter than the buns, as the meat will shrink after cooking.

Heat a frying pan, grease with some oil and fry up the patties till cooked. It will take about 3 mins for one side and 5-7 mins for another one. Wrap the patties in foil and set aside.

Thinly slice the onion. Slice the apples slightly thicker.

Heat a frying pan, add apples and honey and fry on both sides till golden and caramelized.

Cut the buns in halves. Assemble the burgers: spread the inner parts of the buns with the cheese sauce. Out a lettuce leaf on each bottom part of the buns, continue with onion rings, apples, patties a slice of proceeded cheese and top with the bun.
