Take overripen banana, peel and mash it with a fork.

Add eggs and combine.

Add 3 tablespoons of oatmeal flour, if you don't have one, you can take simple oatmeal but use blender to make it smaller. Mix well.

Preheat frying pan with good quality nonstick coating, using a spoon put the batter onto a pan. Cook pancakes in medium heat on the distance from each other. After several minutes turn the pancakes on the other side.
