Baked tune-filled tartlets

Ingredients

If you are tired of mimosa salad, here is a new version of the classic. Baked tartlets filled with tune fillet, eggs and cheese will surprise your guests. It is not just delicious but also healthy, as tuna has a lot of vitamins like A, B, C, E and D. One more good thing about tuna is that it is low-cal. The recipe is a favourite with the author’s family and will definitely win your hearts as well!

Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Hard boil the eggs (about 6-8 mins), let cool, peel and finely grate them. Peel a small onion, chop finely and combine with the eggs.

Finely grate the cheese. Pour off the liquid from the tuna. Add the cheese, tuna and mayonnaise to the eggs, mix well. The recipe doesn’t require salt, as the mayonnaise and cheese are quite salty, but if you want, add salt to taste. The filling is done!

Spoon the filling into the tartlets.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 mins, till the top is slightly golden.
