Baked fish with potatoes and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

We suggest cooking a delicious dinner in less than 1 hour.  The hardest part is peeling the potatoes! And to make the baked potatoes especially delicious, let them boil slightly! Baked vegetables and fish are a great combination. You may use any white fish, preferable with few bones.

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the cherry tomatoes, peel the potatoes.

Cut each potato into quarters. If they are big, cut them into 6-8 wedges.

Boil in slightly salted water till almost done, so that the potatoes keep their form. Pour off the water. Combine ground paprika, curry, pepper, salt, dried dill and granulated garlic. Reserve half of the spice mixture for the fish. Combine the other half with 1 tbsp olive oil and mix with the potatoes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the fish and pat dry with paper towels, dredge in the reserved spices.

Put the potatoes and washed cherry tomatoes into a baking form.

Put the fish on top, sprinkle with olive oil.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 30-40 mins. >b>Baked fish is done. Enjoy your meal!
