Prepare the ingredients.

Take the butter out of the fridge prior to start cooking, it should be at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 374 F. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with additional cold butter.
Mix together butter, egg and peanut butter, whisk until smooth. Step by step add sugar and continue to whisk 4 minutes. Then add vanilla extract and beat.

Add the flour in 4 times, carefully beat after each addition. At first the dough will be sticky, then after last portion of flour it will get together in a ball.

Divide the dough in several equal balls, put them on the prepared baking sheet on some distance from each other.

Press each cookie ball with fork.

Bake cookies in preheated oven for 10 minutes. This baking time is for big cookies, such as your palm. If your cookies would be smaller, reduce baking time for several minutes.

подскадите, арахисовой пасты нет, но есть сам арахис . можно ли его превратить в пасту? или просто перемолоть в блендере ?

Татьяна, если у вас уже жаренный арахис, его нужно очистить от кожуры и измельчить в пасту с рапсовым или растительным маслом, солью и медом.
