3-ingredients vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

Summer is the time when you want some ice cream badly. But don’t hurry to go to the shop, look into your fridge first. If you find there just three ingredients, i.e. cream, condensed milk and vanilla, you’ll get a nice homemade ice cream that will be enjoyed by both children and grown-ups. If you want, add some grated chocolate and decorate with fresh berries. One more advantage is that you don’t need the cream freezer to make it. The recipe is taken from Elena Bon.

Prepare the ingredients. The cream and condensed milk should be cold.

Whip the cream till stiff and fluffy.

Add the condensed milk into the cream, one spoon at a time and mix carefully with a whisk. Add the vanilla and mix carefully again. Add some grated chocolate (optional).

Transfer the mixture into a form, cover with a lid or a cling film and freeze for 3-5 hours. Before serving remove the form from the freezer and leave, covered, at room temperature for 5-10 mins.
