Well, here is the concept of our project. Let me tell you what Nehudeem.ru is all about.
As a founder of this project, I am against any strict and wearing out diets and any other extreme reduction on one’s meals. Our food intake should not be subject to any extreme measures.
Any one of us may gain some excess kilos at some point of our life – it can be a result of dynamic living, fast-food meals and night snacks, pregnancy, irregular meals, careless attitude to what we eat. All those reasons and so many more can affect our looks and our health, too. So, when it’s come to the point when we are not at all happy with what we see while looking in the mirror, when we deal with any stress or discomfort by eating, when a couple packs of chips, hot wings and cola is what we have while watching night TV shows … That’s when it’s time to say to yourself: STOP!
Food is so much more than a biological need of our body. Food is this amazing fusion of flavors, combinations and characters. All we need to do is to understand needs of our body, to listen to it and then just build up our diet, respectively adapting it to our own taste and our family preferences.
Are you one of us, who can’t live without sweets? Well, it’s fine. Enjoy desserts, but rather do it for breakfast. Just cook those in advance in the evening, then put in the fridge, and the next morning all your family can enjoy a delicious breakfast with no need to worry about calories. Try analyzing everyday meals which you cook for your family and yourself. Do you consume enough vegetables and fish? What about soups? How much water do you drink every day? After assessing what you usually cook and eat it would be easy for you to fill in missing elements of your diet if there are any.
Try planning your menu for the following 2-3 days, make a shopping list of ingredients you will need to buy to cook it, but replace your ordinary store-bought sweets with fruit and dark chocolate.
Make you own pre-prepared meals in advance to save time you spend on cooking and to avoid buying fast food because it seems to be “easier” that way. Devote a couple of days to buy meat, get it minced and make a stock of meat dumplings, raviolis and cutlets. Cottage-cheese mini cakes and any other pancakes, pies, pizza dough can be pre-prepared and stored in a freezer. Chop and portion out fresh herbs into small freezer bags, freeze prepared Bolognese sauce the same way. Using this kind of frozen preserves you will be able to feed your family quickly and almost effortlessly.

It’s a new project aiming to share recipes, which are easy to understand and cook, to demonstrate and explain how to make simple dishes, to teach some techniques to cook something more tricky, to get you to love delicious home cooking.
